It is all well and good telling you that we are the best in the industry and that we provide the best service, but it doesn’t mean much without some evidence.

The team at CP Plus are dedicated to raising the standards of professionalism in the UK parking sector. This is why we were the first car park management company to be awarded with a quality mark for our security standards.

We have the highest international Quality Standard Awards available, ISO 9001:2000, which encompasses all our procedures and operations. This also means that we are fully compliant with BS7499 (managed guarding) and BS7858 (vetting procedures).

As well as being members of the BPA (British Parking Association), CP Plus is a founder member of the BPA’s Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) and were instrumental in formulating the Code of Practise that bona fide car park management companies operate under and ensures that all drivers are treated fairly.

A successful business stems from a happy workforce. This is why we believe that it is fundamentally important to our business to invest in our staff. We have achieved Investors in People status, the National Standard that sets good practice for improving an organisation’s performance through its employees, and demonstrates a company’s continued commitment to its staff.

How do we achieve such a status? We have implemented a comprehensive training programme. This is given to our entire 400 strong staff base throughout the UK, with 100 having been licensed by the SIA for Manned Guarding, CCTV Monitoring and Vehicle Immobilisation.
