Ian Langdon (Operations Director) & Ellis Green (CEO)

Ian and Ellis co-founded CP Plus limited in 1991 after both were engaged in family businesses. They joined together when they saw an opportunity to enter the parking industry, where they had an innovative business plan to provide a much needed service for the National Health Service (NHS).

The business model that was devised, expanded and the company moved into the private sector, where Ian now runs the operational side the business and Ellis manages financial strategy and planning.

After 20 years, both maintain a hands on approach to their respective roles in the business and continue to have the enthusiasm to drive the business forward; both liaising extremely closely with existing clientele, whilst looking into new markets and the opportunity to bring innovation to the industry.

Both are expert at football management, whilst watching their favourite teams from the stands and are awaiting their call from the England management team to head up the England squad.
