Grahame Rose, Director of Development

Grahame joined CP Plus in 1995, after running his own business. Coming from a small business background his 'hands on', service orientated approach fitted in perfectly with CP Plus' business outlook.

Charged with the responsibility of breathing new life into the company’s development and marketing activities, he has continued innovating its products and services ever since. He has been instrumental in guiding the growth of CP Plus from a company that managed 28 sites when he joined to its current portfolio of over 350 sites.

Realising that the future was going to be all about computer technology and being curious about where this would take business, Grahame was a driving force in moving the company’s IT infrastructure into the 21st century.

Under his direction, CP Plus, recognising the need to constantly review and innovate its services, has widened its portfolio. CP Plus now offers a range of non-core services to clients, such as security and facilities management.

Grahame’s favourite things in the entire world are his family, Italy, golf, Tottenham Hotspur, reading and photography. His quest is to find a way to combine all six, but blew his chance this year by failing to get tickets to Spurs’ two matches in Milan.
